Business formation – We have helped small businesses form under the most beneficial business entity, including limited liability company (LLC), sole proprietorship, limited partnership or corporation. We also handle reorganization of existing businesses

Business contracts – The lawyers of Yun & Park, LLC can draft and review all types of commercial contracts, including loan agreements, lines of credit, promissory notes, and employee agreements.

Commercial transactions – We can negotiate and draft buy-sell agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Commercial litigation – We primarily represent companies in debtor/creditor litigation. If we are not able to handle a business dispute in-house, we can confidently refer it to a business litigation attorney who is of counsel to Yun & Park, LLC.

Landlord / Tenant Issues – Yun & Park, LLC drafts and reviews residential and commercial property lease agreements, and we can represent the property owner or the tenant in eviction proceedings.

Korean connections
All three attorneys of Yun & Park, LLC are Korean immigrants, and most of our business clients are Korean-Americans. We have many ties to Korea and to the Korean-owned business communities of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are fluent in Korean and English, and we can draft and translate business-related documents in both languages.
