Immigration Law
New York • Pennsylvania • New Jersey Immigration LawyersFluent in English and Korean The law firm of Yun & Park, LLC offers 16 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, helping thousands of Korean workers and other foreign nationals to come to the United States to work and live. Our knowledge of the laws and contacts in the government and business sectors enable us to confidently assist individuals and businesses in obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant visas and green cards. Immigrants Helping ImmigrantsWe are immigrants ourselves. Our Senior Partner, Chang Hi Yun, established the law practice in 1988 in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. He attended college in Korea and law schools in the United States. Managing Partner John Park, who immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 4, attended U.S. schools and is fluent in both Korean and English. Employment and Family VisasThe main focus of our immigration law practice is family and employment-based visas, assisting individuals and employers seeking work visas. We represent many small, Korean-owned companies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, as well as some major corporations such as Tyson Foods and Perdue. The immigration lawyers of Yun & Park, LLC are familiar with all employment visa regulations and forms, including H1-B (professional), EB-2 (skilled worker), EB-3 (unskilled worker), and National Interest Waiver (NIW) visas. We have had 100 percent success with PERM applications (labor certification) for permanent worker visas. We have also assisted many Koreans in entering the U.S. on the R-1 religious worker visa. Investor Visas • Immigration through InvestmentYun & Park helps foreign nationals gain entry to America by investing in U.S. companies. We assist clients in the E-2 investor visa, a two-year non-immigrant visa allowing clients to bring their families and receive education for their children in exchange for creating jobs and investing in the economy. We also assist foreign investors who seek permanent residency and green cards for family members by investing $1 million and created 10 or more jobs. Family-Based VisasAs green card attorneys, we can assist permanent residents and U.S. citizens in applying to bring immediate family members to join them in the U.S. In particular, Yun & Park handles many I-130 spousal visa and I-129 fiancé visa applications. Spouses and fiancés must apply for green cards like any other immigrant, and we can advise on the best strategies for success with the K-1 visa. Your AdvantageOur proficiency in both English and Korean enables us to communicate with government agencies in both countries when there are problems. Visa applications sometimes require an RFE (Request for Further Evidence), and our English fluency ensures that this supporting brief will be written clearly and effectively. All Nationalities WelcomeMany Korean immigrants come to us because we speak their language and because we have many contacts in the Korean-American community. However, we are experienced immigration law lawyers who have assisted immigrants from countries all over the world.
