* Fluent in English and Korean

Welcome to the law firm of Yun & Park, LLC. We strive to meet our clients' needs in the most efficient and effective manner possible, while holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards. The three attorneys of our firm work tirelessly on behalf of clients to behalf to provide excellent legal counsel in a wide range of practice areas and to treat every client with dignity and personalized service.

Our firm was founded in 1998 by Chang Hi Yun, our Senior Partner. He is joined by John Park, Managing Partner, and K.C.Cha, Associate Attorney.

Yun & Park, LLC represents clients nationwide with immigration issues, and provides legal services in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, in regards to other matters in its offices in New York City, Blue Bell and Tenafly. We handle all aspects of immigration law on a national level, and real estate law and business law for clients in those three states.

Korean Connections

All three of us are Korean immigrants ourselves. Because we are fluent in both English and Korean, as immigration lawyers we are well equipped to address issues that arise with the governments of Korea or the United States. We assist many Korean and American businesses in securing visas for workers in the U.S., and we help Korean immigrants bring family members over. We have many contacts in the Korean-American business community and we have helped many Koreans buy or sell their real estate properties in the states we serve.

Yun & Park offers several distinct advantages to our Korean clients:

  • We were immigrants too -- we understand the issues and frustrations.
  • Mr. Yun has 16 years of immigration law experience.
  • Mr. Park was educated in the United States and has many contacts here.
  • We have had 100 percent success in PERM foreign labor certification applications to date.
  • We have had 100 percent success in E2 applications to date.
  • Our proficiency in English helps clients draft effective RFE briefs to support their visa applications.

All Nationalities Welcome – FREE Consultations

While the majority of our clients are Korean nationals and Korean-Americans, we have helped businesses and individuals from many countries immigrate to the United States. We represent many businesses or residents of New York, Pennsylvania or New Jersey in business transactions and commercial litigation, landlord-tenant issues or residential and commercial real estate transactions. Contact our immigration lawyers or real estate attorneys today to arrange a free consultation in your state.

Our hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekend appointments available. Our New York office is located in the historic Empire State Building in midtown Manhattan.
