Immigration and Non-immigrant Visas
Our immigration law practice is a full service immigration firm, handling family and employment based matters nationwide. We have many contacts in the Korean business community and represent many American employers and Korean-owned businesses in gaining H1-B, EB-2, EB-3 and other employment visas for qualified workers to enter the United States. We also provide family-based green cards (including I-130 marriage visas), religious worker visas, investor visas, and all types of immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

New Jersey and New York Real Estate Law
Yun & Park, LLC represents clients in New York and New Jersey in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, refinancing and leasing of condos, co-ops, homes and businesses. We also represent banks and title companies in real estate closings.

Business and Commercial Law
We handle all types of business transactions and contracts for small to mid-sized companies in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, including buying or selling a business, business formation, drafting and review of contracts, lease agreements and landlord-tenant disputes, and some commercial litigation.

As immigrants from Korea, our three attorneys are familiar with the laws (definitely familiar with the customs, however can’t really say that we are familiar with the laws of Korea) and customs of both countries.
