Residential and Commercial Real Estate

We represent buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums and cooperative apartments in New Jersey and New York City. For our clients’ peace of mind, a licensed real estate lawyer from our firm will attend all closings to review documents and see that the transaction is smoothly closed.

Yun & Park, LLC also handles purchase and sale of commercial buildings and undeveloped properties. We have handled complex transactions involving commercial property valued at $10 million, but most of our clients are small business owners, including many Korean businesses. Our attorneys are fluent in Korean and English.

In addition to sales and purchase, we draft and review lease agreements for owners and tenants of residential and commercial properties.

Bank Attorneys for Mortgage Closings

Our firm has extensive experience protecting the rights of lending institutions in mortgage loans and refinancings.  We currently serve as bank attorneys for GMAC Mortgage Company, Wells Fargo and M&T Bank. Our role as real estate closing attorneys is to review title reports, and borrower’s loan related information in both residential and commercial real estate transactions (including SBA loan closings) to assure that the bank is protected. Yun & Park has several title company clients whom we also represent in mortgage closings.
